Visits from Aunties & Uncles & Malcolms--Oh, My!

Sarah's brother Paul & Sis-in-law Erin trekked out to MN for a volleyball tournament (they both coach club volleyball) and brought with them their sweet little two-month old boy, Malcolm.

In a Pickle

Oscar was reaching WAAAAAY to the bottom of his toy basket to get at something, lost his balance, and fell into the basket...I had to set him right (after I documented his dilema, of course). That noggin' of his tends to throw his center of gravity off.

He is risen! We just love this holiday--celebrating our Savior's defeat over death. Thank you, Jesus!

To celebrate, Oscar got all gussied up in his bow-tie:

I don't know how y'all celebrate Easter, but in our family, the Easter Bunny brings presents and puts them in our "nests" that we create from the clothes we wore the previous day. This traditions comes from my father's father who's family couldn't afford fancy baskets for all 13 kids, so this was the solution. Love it.

The Easter Bunny visited Oscar...he got some more snacks, a fancy plastic egg (oooh), and some swimming clothes for this summer. And, of course, the ears... (see next post).

Oscar got to take a walk with one of his many girlfriends, Abby, and HER lovely mother, Meredith. Boy, at this rate, Oscar's going to get the reputation of "Ladie's Man"!
